Beth
Ross is a certified career coach, executive coach, professional speaker,
writer, and resource for the media. She is an experienced coach in leadership
development, new leader assimilation, change management, and transition
strategies.
The executives that Dr. Ross has coached are from companies that include
Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Sony Corporation, Centre Solutions,
G.E. Capital, HBO, Momentum, and Doubleclick.
Dr. Ross has held positions with prominent retained executive search
firms, and has maintained a bi-coastal business since 1989. Searches have
been conducted for a wide range of companies including Sony New Technology
Holdings, Cisco Systems, Ernst & Young, Juniper Networks, Niehaus
Ryan Wong, Inc., Public Relations, and Sun Microsystems.
Prior diverse business background includes consulting for major technology
companies, a partnership specializing in financial services recruiting,
educational consulting, extensive writing, and continuing availability
to the media as a resource.
Her early career was in public and private school administration and
training. Dr. Ross has taught at the San Francisco campus of the University
of California at Berkeley. Among her association memberships are American
Society of Training and Development, Career Masters International, International
Coaching Federation, and the Human Resources Planning Society.
Dr. Ross holds both a Ph.D. and M.A. from the University of Colorado
in Boulder, Colorado. Her B.A. undergraduate degree is from Emory University
in Atlanta, Georgia. |
